With the arrival of the end of the year, the trade sector is very busy with the high demand for gifts. Thus, stores may not have enough employees to meet demand, which is usually much lower during the year, with the exception of some other festive dates.
With that in mind, C&A is hiring more than 4,500 professionals to fill temporary vacancies, distributed in more than 330 stores around the country. The vacancies are for several sectors within the company, such as store inspector, cashier, seller, stock operator and stockist, employee of the virtual store of HERE, between others. Contracts can range from 11 to 60 days, and the employee can also be hired after the stipulated period has expired.

The requirements to work in these vacancies are:
- Complete high school;
- Be of age.
