Diseases that can be avoided when there is hygiene in the use of sheets

Now check out some bacteria that may appear on dirty bedding:

1. Staphylococcus aureus

One bacterium present in the nose and that about 30% of people suffer from it. The possibility of causing acne, skin infections and pneumonia is great. When the bacteria expands through the body and reaches the bloodstream, the situation becomes dangerous.
