Some researchers found themselves instigated to understand how consuming eggs can be good for heart health. The objective was, mainly, to understand why its nutrients contribute to its proper functioning.

The magazine Nutrients made a recent post pointing out how the egg can affect heart health. Other researchers, from Boston University, analyzed information collected from about 2,300 adults.

After analysis, it was concluded that consuming five or more eggs a week keeps blood pressure low. It is also possible to identify a lower amount of sugar in the blood, with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.

What the research indicates is that eating eggs can actually be very good for our heart health. Of course, there is a correct way of preparing to eat an egg without harming your health, since eggs are known to raise levels of

cholesterol.

The ideal is that the eggs are not fried, but boiled, in this way, it is possible to preserve the nutrients that are inside the egg. Contrary to what people imagine, eating eggs every day is not harmful.

It is recommended that an individual eat one whole egg or two eggs with just the whites a day to compose a heart-healthy diet.
