Some researchers found themselves instigated to understand how consuming eggs can be good for heart health. The objective was, mainly, to understand why its nutrients contribute to its proper functioning.
The magazine Nutrients made a recent post pointing out how the egg can affect heart health. Other researchers, from Boston University, analyzed information collected from about 2,300 adults.
After analysis, it was concluded that consuming five or more eggs a week keeps blood pressure low. It is also possible to identify a lower amount of sugar in the blood, with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
