There are many options for recipes for lunch, but many end up taking a lot of time. So we brought practical and tasty options that yield a lot.
So, if you are that person who brings the family together at the table, even in everyday meals, bet on these 3 options that everyone will be able to eat and repeat.
Fried rice with chicken and vegetables:
Preparation time: 30 min
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 cup (tea) of bacon in cubes;
- 300 g chicken breast in cubes;
- Salt and black pepper to taste;
- 2 cups (tea) of washed and drained white rice;
- 2 potatoes in cubes;
- 1 cup (tea) of frozen pea;
- 1 vegetable broth cube;
- 1 pinch of saffron in powder;
- 5 cups (tea) of hot water;
- 1/2 cup (tea) chopped green smell.
Method of preparation:
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat and fry the bacon and chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown.
- Done that, add the rice and refogue for 2 minutes. Add the potato, pea, vegetable broth, saffron and water.
- Adjust the salt, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes after starting the pressure.
- Turn it off and wait for the pressure to release naturally.
- Open the pan, add the green smell, mix, transfer to a refractory and serve next.
Pressure Stroganoff
Preparation time: 50 min
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of hard coxão in cubes;
- Salt and black pepper to taste;
- 4 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 onion in cubes;
- 1 cube of meat broth;
- 1 cup (tea) tomato sauce;
- 1 and 1/4 cup (tea) of water;
- 4 spoons (soup) of Worcestershire sauce;
- 4 tablespoons of mustard;
- 4 tablespoons of ketchup;
- 1 tablespoon wheat flour;
- 1/2 cup (tea) of champignon in blades;
- 1/2 cup (tea) milk cream.
Method of preparation:
- Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the meat little by little.
- Return all the meat to the pan, add the onion, the broth and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, 1 cup (tea) of water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup and cover the pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes over low heat, after starting the pressure.
- Turn off, let the pressure come out naturally and open the pan.
- Return to low heat and add the flour dissolved in the remaining water, stirring until thickened.
- Mix the champignons, the cream, adjust the salt and serve with white rice and straw potatoes, if desired.
gratin noodles
Preparation time: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 1 package of hard grain noodles (500 g);
- 1 cup (tea) grated mozzarella cheese;
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated parmesan cheese.
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 500g minced meat
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans of tomato sauce (680g)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup cream (milk)
Method of preparation:
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions.
- Run and book.
- For the sauce, heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the onion, garlic and meat until lightly browned.
- Add the tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Season with salt, green smell, add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Mix the pasta with the sauce, pour it into a refractory and cover with the mixed cheeses.
- Take to medium oven, preheated, for 10 minutes or until gratin.
- Serve, if desired, with a salad.
