Basil and mango juice
1. Ingredients
- 8 fresh basil leaves;
- 1/4 mango;
- 3 ice cubes;
- 100 ml of filtered water.
2. Method of preparation
First, wash the mango, peel it and chop it. Then wash the basil leaves and add everything to the blender. Finally, add the ice cubes, water and beat well until you form a homogeneous liquid. Then just transfer to a glass and serve.
