Junior apprentice vacancies
Serving as an opportunity for young people to get their first job, the young apprentice program appears as an aid in the insertion of young people without experience in the labor market. The program is based on the law that obliges large and medium-sized companies to have a cadre of apprentices with people between 14 and 24 years old, with contracts that cannot exceed 2 years.
When admitted, the young person must follow the rules of the company and will have all the rights guaranteed by law, and may even, at the end of his contract, be highlighted, be effective.
Who can apply for CAIXA vacancies?
Despite the law defining the interval from 14 to 24 years, each company can adapt it according to its interests, in the case of Caixa Econômica Federal, the prerequisites are:
- When joining the program, teenagers must be between 15 and 17 years of age;
- Have a per capita family income of up to 50% of the minimum wage;
- Be attending at least the 9th year of Elementary School or the equivalent for those who are in the EJA (Education for Youth and Adults).
What will be the benefits?
Bearing in mind that the minor who is hired will officially be an employee of Caixa Econômica, he will serve the CLT system (Consolidation of Labor Laws), that is, he will have his portfolio signed, and thus, he will be entitled to several benefits such as the transportation assistance; food allowance; salary of up to R$954.00 per month; vacation and FGT with 2% contribution.
