air fryer hamburger
Ingredients
- 1 kg of ground duckling
- 1 sachet of onion cream
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- Salt, chives, chopped parsley and red pepper to taste
Method of preparation
- First take a frying pan and put some oil to sauté the garlic and onion;
- Then, in a deep bowl, mix the meat together with the onion cream, the chopped onion and garlic already sautéed, the chives, the chopped parsley, the salt and the red pepper;
- So, try to incorporate all the ingredients very well until you reach a homogeneous mixture;
- Divide the dough into equal parts and shape it into the size you want your burgers;
Tip: if you want, you can freeze some burgers and eat whenever you want!
- Finally, preheat your airfryer to 200ºC and place the hamburgers (as many as you need) and leave for about 15 minutes (remember to turn after about seven minutes, so that both sides are golden).
Obs.: the point of the meat will vary according to the taste of each one, so it is worth evaluating whether the hamburgers should stay a little longer or a little less than 15 minutes.
- Serve on the bread of your choice with fresh salad or directly on the plate, just accompanied by the salad.

Ingredients
- ½ cup liquid milk
- ½ tablespoon of mustard
- 1 clove of garlic
- Oil (until smooth)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and green smell to taste
Method of preparation
- First put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach a homogeneous and smooth consistency;
- Then, still with the blender on, remove the smaller lid and add a drizzle of oil until the mixture thickens (so keep beating until you find the mayonnaise texture you prefer);
- Finally, put it in a container and store it in the fridge and it will be ready to eat!
