Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts;
- 1 handful of spinach;
- 1 fresh buffalo mozzarella;
- 2 tablespoons of cream cheese;
- 1 diced dry tomato;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- 100 grams of grated cheese;
- Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:
- First, prepare the chicken by cutting them in half (like a pocket) so you can stuff them;
- Then season with salt, pepper and minced garlic;
- In a bowl, combine the cheeses with the tomatoes and spinach, then spoon a little of the mixture into each “pocket”;
- Place a sheet of parchment paper over the Airfryer and place the chicken pieces on top;
- Program the Airfryer at 180ºC and leave the chicken for 20 minutes;
- Finally, put some tomato sauce, grated cheese and oregano over the chicken and program another 10 minutes;
- It's ready, bon appetit!
