Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts;
  • 1 handful of spinach;
  • 1 fresh buffalo mozzarella;
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese;
  • 1 diced dry tomato;
  • 2 garlic cloves;
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
  • 100 grams of grated cheese;
  • Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

  1. First, prepare the chicken by cutting them in half (like a pocket) so you can stuff them;
  2. Then season with salt, pepper and minced garlic;
  3. In a bowl, combine the cheeses with the tomatoes and spinach, then spoon a little of the mixture into each “pocket”;
  4. Place a sheet of parchment paper over the Airfryer and place the chicken pieces on top;
  5. Program the Airfryer at 180ºC and leave the chicken for 20 minutes;
  6. Finally, put some tomato sauce, grated cheese and oregano over the chicken and program another 10 minutes;
  7. It's ready, bon appetit!
