Pasta recipe with white sauce
Ingredients
- 250g of pasta;
- 2 tablespoons bottle butter or olive oil;
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (or 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, just to thicken);
- 400 ml of liquid milk;
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste;
- ½ chopped onion;
- 100g of chopped broccoli.
Method of preparation
- First, take a pressure cooker (wait for it to heat over medium heat) and add the butter, chopped onion, wheat flour and mix everything until smooth;
- Then add the milk and salt, and stir non-stop until you reach a thicker consistency;
- Also add nutmeg or other seasoning you prefer;
- Then pour the amount of noodles and keep stirring;
- Finally, add the chopped broccoli and cover the pan;
- Let it cook, and when the pan starts to sizzle, leave it for 4 minutes, turn it off and wait for the pressure to release by itself;
- And it's done!
How about a filet medallion to go with it?
Ingredients
- 5 filet mignon medallions (or as many as you like);
- 5 strips of bacon;
- Seasonings to your liking (examples: seasoning mix, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt);
- 1 dessert spoon of cornstarch;
- Butter.
Method of preparation
- First, take the medallions and season as you like;
- Then let them rest for like 15 minutes;
- Then, take the bacon, wrap the medallions and secure them with toothpicks;
- Take a skillet that holds everything, take the medallions to brown along with the butter and set aside;
- Put a glass of water in the same frying pan that you used for the meats and pour in the dissolved starch (taste for salt) and let this mixture thicken a little for the sauce;
- Choose a container (or the plates themselves), place the medallions and pour the sauce over them;
- Finally, serve it with the pasta you made and it's ready to enjoy!
