Pasta recipe with white sauce

Ingredients

  • 250g of pasta;
  • 2 tablespoons bottle butter or olive oil;
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour (or 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, just to thicken);
  • 400 ml of liquid milk;
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste;
  • ½ chopped onion;
  • 100g of chopped broccoli.

Method of preparation

  1. First, take a pressure cooker (wait for it to heat over medium heat) and add the butter, chopped onion, wheat flour and mix everything until smooth;
  2. Then add the milk and salt, and stir non-stop until you reach a thicker consistency;
  3. Also add nutmeg or other seasoning you prefer;
  4. Then pour the amount of noodles and keep stirring;
  5. Finally, add the chopped broccoli and cover the pan;
  6. Let it cook, and when the pan starts to sizzle, leave it for 4 minutes, turn it off and wait for the pressure to release by itself;
  7. And it's done!

How about a filet medallion to go with it?

Ingredients

  • 5 filet mignon medallions (or as many as you like);
  • 5 strips of bacon;
  • Seasonings to your liking (examples: seasoning mix, garlic, soy sauce, pepper, salt);
  • 1 dessert spoon of cornstarch;
  • Butter.

Method of preparation

  1. First, take the medallions and season as you like;
  2. Then let them rest for like 15 minutes;
  3. Then, take the bacon, wrap the medallions and secure them with toothpicks;
  4. Take a skillet that holds everything, take the medallions to brown along with the butter and set aside;
  5. Put a glass of water in the same frying pan that you used for the meats and pour in the dissolved starch (taste for salt) and let this mixture thicken a little for the sauce;
  6. Choose a container (or the plates themselves), place the medallions and pour the sauce over them;
  7. Finally, serve it with the pasta you made and it's ready to enjoy!
