The recipe is very simple, it has few ingredients and the degree of difficulty is low. The yield is one portion, but if you want more, just increase the items proportionately.
Ingredients and method of preparation
Ingredients:
- 1 large English potato;
- 2 unpeeled garlic cloves;
- 1 branch of rosemary;
- 1 branch of thyme;
- 3 sage leaves;
- Olive oil to taste;
- Salt to taste.
Method of preparation:
First, wash the potatoes under running water using a vegetable brush. Then dry it well, cut it in half and divide each part again into 5 slices.
Then preheat the Air Fryer to 200ºC. Add the potato pieces to a bowl, add salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix with your hands.
Then open the slow cooker, place the potatoes, close and program the device at a temperature of 200ºC for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, take a small container, add the garlic, rosemary, thyme and sage and pour some olive oil over them.
When the Air Fryer reaches 15 minutes, open the pan, stir the potato slices and add the garlic and herbs. In the last 5 minutes, stir one more time so that all the pieces are browned. Finally, remove the potato, put it in a container and it's ready to serve!
