Anyone who has ridden a scooter is familiar with the position of the feet, one in front of the other. However, Pure Electric, a British company specializing in electric scooters, recently announced the launch of two new models in the category that promise to reinvent the way of driving this vehicle, which for some time has ceased to be just a child's toy.

What's new?
There are two new models, Pure Advance and Pure Advance Flex (the most compact and foldable), with prices at from £799 (approximately R$4,000), and the vehicles boast new features that justify the hype. The main change is in the footrest, which is now located on the side of the scooter and allows you to ride with your feet side by side.
The shift to a more natural stance has other benefits, such as a lower ride height and center of gravity, making Pure's new electric scooter more stable, safe and intuitive compared to its competitors in the Marketplace.
even more technological
There are numerous specifications beyond the design that set the Pure Advance apart. The new electric scooter has an exclusive steering stabilization system, a trademark of Pure Electric, which automatically centers the handlebars after bumps, and a full LED lighting system, with rear turn signals and brake lights for added visibility night.
About the engine, both models are equipped with a 500W electric motor. With a maximum power of 750W, the Advance Pure runs approximately 40 km on a single charge, while the Advance Pure Flex extends this capacity to up to 50 km. Both the motor and the battery have an IP65 degree of protection for waterproofing.
Both wheels spin on 10-inch tubeless tires that offer greater shock absorption, providing a more comfortable ride. In addition, the scooter is equipped with a regenerative rear brake and a front-mounted drum brake.
