Anyone can send text messages, audio, photos, videos, links or URLs to the number (61) 99611-0100. And the best part: the person making the complaint does not need to identify themselves and can remain anonymous.

However, along with this initiative, some essential guidance has been provided. The main one is to inform the target location of the threat, such as school, daycare or university, and, if possible, data on suspects. If the threat was made within virtual platforms, it is necessary to inform the social network, the website, the email address, the username and the URL of the profile.

How Dial 100 support works

Dial 100 has a specific call center to receive complaints, which are urgently forwarded to the competent authorities.

All information received is forwarded to the responsible authorities, such as the police, the Tutelary Council or the Federal Police, ensuring even more strength for security strategies.
