Ingredients
- 1 half bitter chocolate bar;
- 1 cup of oat flour;
- Cocoa powder to taste;
- Bananas cut into slices to taste;
- 1 tablespoon baking powder;
- 4 medium eggs;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 3 ripe bananas;
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- 1/2 cup of demerara sugar tea.
Method of preparation
- The first step is to mash the 3 ripe bananas well in a large container, then you will have to add the eggs that must be beaten and mix well;
- Then add the sugar, butter, yeast, cocoa and oat flour, always stirring to become a homogeneous mixture;
- Soon after, chop and add the chocolate bar, mixing well to incorporate it into your dough;
