Blender bread: how to make it?

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of wheat flour;
  • 1 tablespoon full of salt;
  • 3 whole eggs;
  • 1 sachet of dry yeast for bread (10g);
  • 900ml of milk (at room temperature);
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil tea.

Method of preparation:

First, separate all the ingredients that will be needed when making the recipe so you don't forget any important items. In this way, take a large bowl, which holds all the flour well, and pour all the wheat flour with the salt. Reserve.

While this mixture is separating, take the blender and place the eggs, the milk at room temperature, the sunflower oil and the yeast for bread. Beat well until it's a homogeneous mix. After that, very slowly and little by little put this mixture into the bowl with the wheat flour and salt, mixing with a fork.

When you finish pouring all the mixture, you will notice that the dough has a slightly liquid texture, but that is the correct point. Then, place it in a previously greased baking dish and let it rest for 1 hour with a dry dish towel over it.

Leave the preheated oven at 180 degrees. After resting time, take your dough to the oven for approximately 50 minutes. Then, when you think it's ready, remove it from the oven and wait to cool down a bit to be able to consume it.
