How to make spicy chicken thighs on the Airfyer?
Ingredients:
- Juice of 2 lemons;
- 4 crushed garlic cloves;
- Half an onion cut into small pieces;
- 1 girl finger pepper, seedless, minced;
- 2 teaspoons of mustard;
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar;
- Olive oil to taste;
- 6 chicken thighs.
Method of preparation:
To start preparing your recipe, separate a container and add the lemon juice to the chicken, and let it rest for about 30 minutes. This will help remove the famous sebum from chicken thighs, as well as eliminate bacteria.
In another container, mix the garlic cloves together with the mustard, brown sugar and olive oil. After the indicated time for the chicken in the lemon, remove the remaining liquid from that container, and apply the seasoning mixture to the chicken, letting it marinate for another 30 minutes.
With the Airfryer preheated to 180º C, place the chicken thighs in the basket and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Once the thighs are well browned, lower the temperature to 150º C and bake for another 10 minutes, so that they are soft and juicy.
