At the beginning of 2023, elementary and high school teachers, as well as professionals from Basic Education in public and private networks will have a great training opportunity, fully free. The Center for Science and Higher Distance Education of the State of Rio de Janeiro, in short, the CECIERJ Foundation, which is linked to the Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of Rio, is offering more than 5,700 vacancies for several areas.
Vacancies are spread across the areas of Human Sciences, Natural Sciences, Languages and Codes, Mathematics, Teaching Practice and Educational Technology, it being possible to enroll until February 5th, accessing the CECIERJ page.

The courses will be taught through online classes, starting on February 14 and ending on March 8, 2023. The Teachers' Continuing Education Program is offered in academic periods, with a workload of 120 hours in total, spread over 30-hour courses.
To access the course, the candidate must be a graduate or graduate, and the selection will be made in order of application, according to the priority criteria that are described in item 3 of the notice, which can be found by accessing the link above.
