Peach ice cream with dulce de leche

Ingredients

  • 600 ml of whole milk;
  • 1 little box of cream milk;
  • 1 box of condensed milk;
  • 4 tablespoons of cornstarch;
  • 3 sifted yolks;
  • 50g chopped white chocolate;
  • 1 tablespoon of butter;
  • 3 tablespoons of dulce de leche.

To assemble the dessert

  • Milk cream;
  • 350g of chopped peach in syrup;
  • Sliced ​​peaches in syrup for decoration;
  • 200g of cornstarch biscuits.

Method of preparation

for the cream

  • In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, mix with the egg yolks, cream, condensed milk, white chocolate and butter. Stir well before lighting the fire.
  • Then lead to medium fire and keep stirring until the mixture starts to boil. After that, stir for another 3 minutes and turn it off.
  • Separate half of the cream into two containers. In one of them, add the dulce de leche and mix. Cover both bowls and set aside in the refrigerator.

  • Choose a platter of your choice, line it with the dulce de leche, including the sides, and then add a layer of the cream mixed with the dulce de leche.
  • Line with a layer of biscuits, the rest of the cream mixed with dulce de leche and then add a layer of peaches.
  • Add another layer of cookies, add the white chocolate and use the rest of the peaches.
  • Mix the peach in the creams left over and form a top layer to finish, decorating as you prefer.
  • Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve.
