There are many reasons to celebrate when seeing the whole family together, and there's no better way to do that than to indulge in a good dessert. If you are a fan of the sweets that contain fruits, know that this one will take your breath away it is so delicious!
Peach ice cream with dulce de leche
Ingredients
- 600 ml of whole milk;
- 1 little box of cream milk;
- 1 box of condensed milk;
- 4 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- 3 sifted yolks;
- 50g chopped white chocolate;
- 1 tablespoon of butter;
- 3 tablespoons of dulce de leche.
To assemble the dessert
- Milk cream;
- 350g of chopped peach in syrup;
- Sliced peaches in syrup for decoration;
- 200g of cornstarch biscuits.
Method of preparation
for the cream
- In a pan, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, mix with the egg yolks, cream, condensed milk, white chocolate and butter. Stir well before lighting the fire.
- Then lead to medium fire and keep stirring until the mixture starts to boil. After that, stir for another 3 minutes and turn it off.
- Separate half of the cream into two containers. In one of them, add the dulce de leche and mix. Cover both bowls and set aside in the refrigerator.

- Choose a platter of your choice, line it with the dulce de leche, including the sides, and then add a layer of the cream mixed with the dulce de leche.
- Line with a layer of biscuits, the rest of the cream mixed with dulce de leche and then add a layer of peaches.
- Add another layer of cookies, add the white chocolate and use the rest of the peaches.
- Mix the peach in the creams left over and form a top layer to finish, decorating as you prefer.
- Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours and serve.
