The Brazilian network of gas stations fuels Ipiranga is offering technology course vacancies for people with disabilities. The company, relying on the pedagogical movement of Gama Academy, opened enrollment for the Tech Inclusion program, training people to operate in Data Engineering or as Product Design.
There will be 300 vacancies offered by the Tech Inclusion and 25 of these candidates may be hired by the company Ipiranga. The program aims to prepare candidates to act professionally in the labor market, stimulating job opportunities and the qualification of the workforce.

Ipiranga Tech Inclusion – Technology course
The program has been open for registration since February 15th and will continue to receive applications until March 22nd. The first stage has a questionnaire with the candidate's data, and it is necessary to continue monitoring the selection through e-mail.
From February 20th to March 30th, selections will be made by the company. The profiles of the candidates who will participate in the next phase will be evaluated. From April 3rd to May 5th, 300 people will start the learning trail.
Altogether, there will be 140 hours of teaching in technological methodologies required in the current market.
Rules for participating:
- Disabled people;
- Over 18 years of age;
- Complete high school;
- Be a resident of Rio de Janeiro or be available to do so;
- Autonomous, proactive people who want to collaborate.
