Ingredients

  • 1 condensed milk;
  • 1 cream of milk;
  • 1 pack of unflavored colorless gelatin;
  • 400 ml of liquid milk;
  • 1 cup of Nescau tea (or the chocolate powder of your choice).

Method of preparation

  1. First, take a blender, put the condensed milk, the cream, the liquid milk and the Nescau and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture;
  2. Then, dissolve the tasteless gelatin following the instructions on the package, place it together with the other ingredients in the blender and beat for another 2 minutes;
  3. Now is the time to assemble. Place the mixture in the container you want to serve, either in individual bowls or on a platter;
  4. Finally, take your mousse to the fridge for approximately three hours and serve it chilled to your guests or yourself and enjoy!
