The preparation time is very functional, so it is ideal for that scenario where you are very hungry or in a hurry, as it takes about 20 minutes in total to be ready. Because of its practicality, this recipe is great to prepare on family gathering days or on a Friday night with friends, as it is very quick and delicious.
Ingredients
For mass:
- 1 egg;
- 1 cup of warm water;
- 2 tablespoons of salt;
- ¼ cup oil;
- 1 cup warm milk;
- 2 and ½ spoons of biological yeast;
- 4 cups of wheat flour.
For the filling:
- 200 ml of tomato sauce;
- 200 g cheese (whichever you prefer);
- 100 g of cold cuts to taste (salami, ham or smoked sausage);
- 50 g of olives.
Method of preparation
The first step is to mix all the ingredients in a container and stir until you form a smooth dough. She will be on point when she's loose and no longer sticking to her fingers. Then open the dough with the help of a wooden roll on a smooth surface.
The format should be a rectangle with a thickness of about 5 to 10 cm. Add the topping: the cheese, the olives and the cold cuts, then roll the dough tightly so that the process is complete.
Cut the rolling pin into 1.5 cm thick slices and place in your electric fryer preheated to 200º. The average time is 7 minutes. Serve it to your family as soon as it's ready, it's best when it's warm! If you want, you can moisten with a little more sauce when serving.
A good idea is to serve it with wine or even a cold beer to enjoy the family moment, especially if we are talking about an informal dinner with friends.
