Guilherme Almeida, Financial and Investor Relations Director at Enjoei, made it clear that the intention is to expand the base of online thrift store sellers, especially those who earn up to R$ 3 thousand per month, thus increasing the speed of growth of the brand.

Still according to Almeida, in a statement shared with the media, “the platforms will continue to operate with independent brands, taking advantage of synergy gains in technology, logistics and operations, benefiting the group's results, as well as ensuring a better level of service to users”.
Thus, the strategy with this acquisition was to diversify the range of products, in addition to attracting new sellers to the platform and mechanics of the online thrift store.
Also in its communiqué, Enjoei makes it clear that “Elo7 is the largest authorial product platform in Brazil and its operations represent a relevant sales volume and active customer base. users, with a GMV (gross merchandise value) of around BRL 500 million in 2022, as well as 3.6 million transactions, 1.6 million active buyers and more than 50,000 professional sellers active".

The InfoMoney portal shared that the purchase of Elo7 is not subject to shareholder approval, as the amount paid in the operation does not exceed any criteria established in the Brazilian Corporate Law, specifically in article 256.
It is worth noting that the transaction amounts were not shared by any of the parties included in the process. XP analysts call this transaction a positive one, acting to accelerate Enjoei's growth.
