  • Identify the legal rights of these communities and ways to protect and guarantee these rights.
  • Analyze the relationship between historical processes and current socioeconomic conditions that affect these communities.
Content
  • Territoriality of original indigenous peoples, remaining communities of quilombos, indigenous peoples from the forests and the cerrado, riverside and caiçaras, among other social groups from the countryside and city.
  • Legal rights of these communities and forms of protection and guarantee of these rights.
  • Historical processes and current socioeconomic conditions that affect these communities.
Duration Approximately 2 lessons of 50 minutes each. Didactic resources
  • Blackboard or frame;
  • Location maps of these peoples;
  • Exemplary images of these populations.
Methodology
  • Expository class on the territoriality of the original indigenous peoples, of the remaining communities of quilombos, people from the forests and cerrado, riverside people and caiçaras, among other social groups from the countryside and from the city.
  • Analysis of texts, maps and other geographic representations to identify the relationship between historical processes and current socioeconomic conditions that affect these communities.
  • Debate on the importance of protecting and guaranteeing the rights of these communities.
  • Group activities for reflection on the issue of the territoriality of these communities.
Assessment
  • Participation in activities proposed in class;
  • Continuous assessment through discussions and application of tests/exercises according to the pedagogical architecture of each school;
