Below are 5 History activities aimed at the 1st year of Elementary School - Early Years.
The activities were elaborated based on the guidelines of the BNCC, presenting their respective Thematic Units, Objects of Knowledge and Skills.
Activity 01: Past, Present and Future
Thematic Unit: Personal world: my place in the world.
Objects of knowledge: The phases of life and the idea of temporality (past, present, future).
Skills: (EF01HI01) Identify aspects of your growth by recording private memories or memories of your family and/or community members.
Activity 02: My story and the story of the other
Thematic Unit: Personal world: my place in the world.
Knowledge objects: The different forms of family and community organization: personal ties and friendships.
Skills: (EF01HI02) Identify the relationship between your stories and the stories of your family and community.
The objective is to help the child to understand how her life story happens concomitantly with that of other classmates.
Activity 03: Follow the rules
Thematic Unit: Personal world: my place in the world.
Knowledge objects: The school and the diversity of the social group involved.
Skills: (EF01HI04) Identify the differences between the various environments in which he/she lives (domestic, school and community), recognizing the specificities of habits and the rules that govern them.
Activity 04: Current games x old games
Thematic Unit: Personal world: me, my social group and my time.
Knowledge objects: Life at home, life at school and forms of social and spatial representation: games and activities as a form of social and spatial interaction.
Skills: (EF01HI05) Identify similarities and differences between current games and games and from other times and places.
Activity 05: Family diversity
Thematic Unit: Personal world: me, my social group and my time
Knowledge objects: Family life: different configurations and bonds
Skills: (EF01HI06) Knowing the histories of the family and the school and identifying the role played by different subjects in different spaces; (EF01HI07) Identify changes and permanence in the forms of family organization.
