The word section is a feminine noun derived from the verb to section, which means to cut into parts. Therefore, section can be either the sectioning how much each one one of the divisions. It is used to indicate parts of a literary work and scientific article, public offices, sectors of private institutions, subdivisions of a commercial establishment, among others.
