Polyurethane for a good cause

It is already very good to know that the advancement in the polymer industry brings benefits to men, even more when you know that the material is being used for a good cause. Polyurethane comes out ahead when it comes to comfort, and because of this property it was chosen to alleviate the precarious situation of homes in underdeveloped countries.
The twisted iron huts, characteristic of the poorest countries, are extremely uncomfortable due to the intense heat and the proliferation of insects. Polyurethane in the form of rigid foam (plywood) is then installed and solves the problem well, as it is thermal and even acoustic insulator.
Polyurethane for these purposes comes in the form of a coating, painted with a fireproof resin (protection against UV rays), which is attached to the iron walls. The material is cheap, that is, accessible to the low-income population and, therefore, it has become an alternative to make homes habitable.

Do not stop now... There's more after the advertising ;)
