Geometric designs are present in several places, constituting several objects. If we look around us, we find that the shapes found are classified by Geometry in relation to known models. The National Flag is our symbol, known in many places around the world. If we analyze it well, we notice the presence of some drawings. Look:
Brazil's flag
The Flag is formed by the union of the following figures:
1 rectangle: green
1 diamond: yellow
1 circumference: blue
As we walk through the city observing the buildings, houses, monuments, businesses, among others, we will be visualizing countless geometric, flat and spatial shapes. Architects are responsible for using their imagination in the elaboration of geometric constructions.
Brasília is an example of a city built using models and geometric shapes. A city full of shapes that draw attention to the beauty and boldness of the buildings. See some images of Brasília and other Brazilian cities:
Brasília: Cathedral, JK Bridge, Alvorada Palace and National Congress
São Paulo: Copan Building
Rio de Janeiro: Contemporary Museum Lookout
Goiânia: Oscar Niemeyer Cultural Center
Geometry is in all places, works, figures and spatial objects.
