How to use relative pronouns?

Analyzing the highlighted pronouns in the following clauses:

It is possible to observe that, in (1), the relative pronounwhose it indicates a relationship of possession between the antecedent (children) and the term it specifies (parents); in (2), it can be seen, however, that another is the relationship established by the relative pronoun When, that is, this introduces a subordinate clause adjective that specifies a certain time of occurrence for something. Thus, we can infer that the use of relative pronouns it presents a specificity according to the relationship it establishes within the utterance. Let's look at these different uses in this text!

e) When and how: introduce adjective subordinate clausesthat specify time (when) and mode (how).

the day will come When teachers will have a decent salary.
