Transition words. Examples of transition words

As we know, the messages we deliver on a daily basis need to be clear, objective and precise, so that our interlocutors understand us in the best possible way, right? Thus, we affirm that this aspect prevails in speech, but in writing it seems to gain even more importance. A text, be it narrative, descriptive or one in which the sender (the person who writes/speaks) exposes the ideas on a certain subject, needs to be constituted of well-constructed paragraphs, in which one idea has to be close to the other, otherwise we will have difficulty in identifying the beginning, middle and end, do you agree?

Thus, there are many resources that the Portuguese language makes available to us so that there is this harmony between the paragraphs, and one of them is characterized by the so-calledtransition words.
