the words with the ending "ICE" are part of the nouns. See some examples:
sweetness
mischief
nonsense
old age
gluttony
Your sweetness enchants me!
the ending words "THIS" are part of the verbs. Like for example:
slept
left
smile
drive
had fun
I would love you to have fun during my birthday.
As you could see, all verbs are in the subjunctive mode, as they indicate a possibility, an uncertainty, whether something will happen or not.
