Comma in subordinate clauses

Our attention, again, is focused on a very important punctuation mark in the studies we carry out about the language we speak. Therefore, the more we expand our knowledge not only about this little friend of ours, the comma, but also regarding many other subjects, we feel more apt, capable to make that ten-point essay, don't we?

So how about we find out where she is? For this, nothing better than starting talking about prayers substantive subordinates.

Note that it is not mandatory to use a comma in adverbial subordinate clauses, but always is good be present between them (subordinates) and the principal:

We started to present the work, as soon as the teacher made the call.

According to our knowledge, the clause that is not underlined represents the temporal adverbial subordinate.

The first, once highlighted, is classified as the main clause.

But pay attention! It is not always correct to use the comma in all circumstances, do you know why?
