Language vices. What are language addictions?

How we know, the formal pattern of language represents a unique system, common to each and every user of the language, which allows us to speak and write correctly according to the rules governed by grammar. Thus, it is necessary to have knowledge of all these rules so that we can develop writing and speaking well, adapting the language to different everyday situations.
But there are situations where exactly the opposite occurs, that is, situations where, due to lack of knowledge better about grammar rules or even a simple lack of care, the worst happens: we stumbled over the language and... we speak or write incorrectly. Some of these cases are called language vices, which can occur in a variety of ways. So, to get to know some of them and, above all, to prevent this from happening, let's go to some examples:

Language addictions are considered "deviations" that we sometimes commit

Barbarism – this deviation can occur at different levels, including:
In the pronunciation:
I watched the children's “pograma” instead of a program.

In the spelling:
We eat bread with “mortandela” instead of mortadella.
in morphology (those classes of words we already know):
When I “put”, instead of putting.
in semantics (part responsible for the meaning of the words):
I took my shoes to the “concert” instead of being repaired.
In the use of words belonging to foreign languages:
I'm going to spend a weekend with my grandparents instead of a weekend.
vicious pleonasm – is the unnecessary repetition of an idea, as the meaning is already clear.
"Enter inside"
"Stand out"
cacophate - is represented by the union of syllables belonging to different words, which cause an unpleasant, ugly, poor quality sound:
Me "I saw her" yesterday instead of i saw her yesterday.
Ambiguity – occurs when the inappropriate use of a certain word causes a double meaning, thus interfering with the clarity of the message:
The boy's mother took him in her car. (Whose car would it be? From the boy's mother or from the person with whom the dialogue is established?) Thus, to prevent this lack of clarity from occurring, the speech (the message) should be expressed as follows:
The boy's mother took him in her car.
echo - this deviation is manifested when there is the use of words whose endings are the same, which also interferes with the quality of the message:
My buddy stumbled and had to hold onto the stair rail.
That's why it's always good to have the dictionary at your side, exactly for times like this. To avoid this drift, which causes a repetitive sound, you can use synonymous words.
