We all have our way of being, which characterizes us. The way we walk, talk, act, deal with our emotions, etc.
With this, we see several types of people, as each one has its uniqueness, its own characteristics.
Some people are happier, others are more serious; some talk a lot, others say almost nothing; some are uninhibited, others are very shy; some are calm, others are nervous; and in this way each one constitutes its special way of being.
To cultivate friendships, we need to respect people's ways.
We often think that a person doesn't like us, but it's not like that at all. Because she is quieter, this person stays in her corner, waiting for others to come closer. The person may also feel that we don't like her and so stay quiet in her corner. These barriers must be broken, as they are not good for friendship.
A good way to make friends, to get closer to people, is to be nice to them, giving them a smile, wishing them a good day, etc. Being kind and polite with people is a way to captivate them and make them like us.
There are people who mistreat others, are disrespectful, harsh and rude. Usually these people have no tolerance for other people's ways and demand that others do everything their way. This is wrong, as everyone has their own way of being, and this must be respected.
The main features that differentiate us from other people are: to like or not to talk, to like or not to help; to be smiling or not; be calm or nervous; being considerate or not caring about others; be serious or cheerful; speak loudly or speak very softly; whether to practice sports or not; like movies or not; like the same foods or not, among many other things.
This is not to say that we should only walk or like people who like the same things we do.
It is important that, in this coexistence, each one treats the other with respect, as everyone has the right to make their own choices, in the way they think is best for themselves. When we don't respect the rights of others, others don't respect ours either.
