Bhutan is very close to the Himalayan Mountains, thus, much of its territory has very rugged relief. The highest point in this nation is 7570 meters high, the place is called Gangkhar Puensum.
Unlike the north of the country, where high altitudes are identified, in the south the relief is flatter, with valleys and forests. Throughout the territory of Bhutanese it is possible to identify different types of climate, such as mountain, tropical and subtropical.

As for the productive sector, what prevails is the primary activity, with emphasis on agriculture and plant extractive activity. The country's main source of fundraising comes from the sale of electricity with India. A huge portion of the population lives from subsistence activities such as agriculture and animal husbandry. The economy of that country is one of the least representative in the world.
