Common good is an expression that has concepts in many areas of human knowledge, but that are similar to each other. In general, defines the benefits that can be shared by multiple people, belonging to a particular group or community.
O common good in philosophy it is related to the ideal of progress that all societies and nations in the world must achieve: social and economic equality, where everyone can have better living conditions.
As in the philosophical idea, which incidentally is used as a basis for using the concept in other branches of knowledge, the common good is defined from the public interests, that is, everything that is pertinent to the usufruct or that benefits a society as a whole.
For religions, especially the Christian ones, the common good is all the good that is lived by society in communion. To religious commons, the main goods that deserve to be shared among all members of a group are immaterial, such as well-being, happiness, faith and peace.
