National Civil Aviation Agency - ANAC, which has the jurisprudence of all air travel in the national territory, and must be complied with by the airlines that "overcrowded" the aircraft.Some of the airlines' obligations are:
- Ensure passenger boarding on another flight of the same company;
- Ensure food, accommodation (when necessary), ease of communication and transfer between hotel and airport until the time of travel;
- Compensation and reimbursement of the ticket, if the passenger wants to change airlines;
