To achieve this state, it uses mainly meditation techniques (meditation mindfulness), where the individual must focus, for a period of time, on a certain thing, such as an object or on the body's own reactions: breathing or heartbeat, for example.
In this meditation exercise, concentration should be full, open and without any judgment about the object or sensation observed. The idea is just to “live in the present moment” of that situation or thing.
