Labor gymnastics is physical activity modality aimed at workers so that it can be practiced in the workplace.
The practice of these exercises is very beneficial for workers, who dedicate some time to performing different movements, elaborated according to their professional activity.
Gymnastics at work is a very effective tool in the prevention of occupational diseases that include in the RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) and WMSD (Steomuscular Disorders Related to Work).
Companies that promote the practice of this modality also benefit, as employees do not miss work so often due to illness. Workplace gymnastics also strengthens relationships for the development of teamwork and increases productivity.
In addition to the numerous physical and mental benefits, the specific techniques used in labor gymnastics can also contribute to:

ABGL – Brazilian Association of Labor Gymnastics was created in Brazil to integrate and support Physical Education professionals who work with labor gymnastics.
