daytime is an adjective that defines the events or activities performed within a 24-hour period; diurnal.

The term daytime is also used to designate what happens during the day, that is, between sunrise and sunset. Example: day school, day course, day work, etc.

The daytime period can be subdivided into two parts: morning day and daytime afternoon. The period morning corresponds to part of morning, which usually runs between 6am and noon. The period afternoon is the part of evening, scheduled between 1pm and 6pm, in Brazil.
