Hope is the feminine noun that indicates the act of waiting for something, can also be a synonym for confidence.

The expression "life expectancy" (or life expectancy) indicates the average number of years a person can live, that is, the years lived from birth to death. This statistic is used as an index of development of the various countries, as the more developed, the greater the life expectancy.
At the beginning of the 20th century, the global average life expectancy was 45 years. Over the years, life expectancy has increased, thanks to advances in medicine (cure for diseases that were previously deadly), to combat infant mortality, improve hygiene conditions, etc.
In Brazil, life expectancy improved significantly between 1980 and 2013, going from 62.7 to 73.9 years.

According to the Bible, hope is one of the three theological virtues, as shown in 1 Corinthians 13:13: "So these three remain now: faith, hope and love. The biggest one, however, is love."
It is also possible to verify that hope is related to faith, according to Hebrews 11:1: "Now faith is the certainty of what we hope for and the proof of the things we do not see."
In Jeremiah 29:11, we can see that God wants his people to have hope: "For it is I who know the plans I have for you," says the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm, plans to give you hope and a future."
For a Christian, having hope is knowing that despite the difficulties that the Christian faces in this life, the best is yet to come.
