Registration for Sisu 2021 starts this Tuesday, 6


The Ministry of Education (MEC) opens on Tuesday, 6, registration for the first half of 2021 of the Unified Selection System (Sisu). The deadline ends on Friday, 9. Registration is free and must be made by Sisu's website.

Sisu is the MEC program for students to enter the universities public institutions in the country. Vacancies are made available every semester, through a computerized system, and students with the best classifications are selected according to their grades in the National Secondary Education Examination (And either).

Therefore, to apply, only the grade obtained by the student in Enem 2020 is required. The edition was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, having been applied in January and February of this year.

Sisu 2021 registration

Each student can apply for up to two course options, defining their order of preference. In addition, it will be possible to choose to compete for vacancies with broad competition or those reserved for affirmative action policies (quotas).

However, enrollment in more than one competition modality for the same course and shift, in the same educational institution and location, is not authorized.

Sisu will provide the passing score for each course, shift, competition modality and place of offer. The data will be updated according to the registration process.

During this period, students can change options or even cancel. Thus, the classification in the process will be made according to the last change made to the system.

Sisu Schedule 2021

The selection process for Sisu 2021 will take place in a single call, with the result expected to be released on April 13th. Through the classification criteria, when there are equal grades, the tie will take place at the time of registration, being chosen the one with the lowest family income.

Enrollments will take place between April 14th and 19th. The days, times and places of service will be determined by each higher education institution.

And if you want to participate in the waiting list, the candidate must express their interest on the Sisu page, from April 13th to 19th, in only one of the courses that they have chosen to apply for.
