With the launch of the streamingDisney+ in Brazil, it is already possible to follow the episodes of the series The Mandalorian (in Portuguese, The Mandalorian). For those who are not very interested in the universe of Star Wars (Star Wars), the name refers to the part of a clan that originated on the planet Mandalore.
Those who watched the finale of the series' first season saw that Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) was commissioned by the leader of the Mandalorian warriors to "bring [the Child] together with his own kind." True to his promise, Djarin kicked off the events that currently take place during season two's airing.
It's worth mentioning that it was also revealed in the chapter 13: The Jedi, available on Disney+, the real name of the baby yoda, which is actually called Grogu. More details about the past of the mythological creature from the franchise of Star Wars reveals that she was raised in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant and smuggled in during the Great Jedi Purification.
Due to all these events in the Child's past, many points ended up being clarified for most of the fans, while raising questions related to the true objective of Din's mission Djarin. That's because the Mandalorian seeks to return the creature to its home planet.
Baby Yoda Smuggling Theory
Based on the events of Star Wars, Grogu must have been born around 41 BBY, that is, 41 years before the Battle of Yavin, represented at the beginning of the first trilogy of Star Wars at the movies. By calculation, he was 22 years old when the Jedi Order was destroyed.
In The JediAs revealed by Ahsoka, many masters participated in the Child's training while she spent years in the Temple. Reason, even, that can explain their abilities in relation to the control of the Force.

All these questions create confusion when we try to associate Baby Yoda's origins. One of the theories is that the reason Grogu repressed his powers and all his memory during the time of his exile was due to the fact that his former protector knew he didn't own any planets. Christmas.
There is even the possibility that Grogu is the same species as Yoda. In the Star Wars universe, this is understood since Din Djarin is no longer able to identify individuals of the Grogu species, such as their origin.
With so many details yet to be revealed, there's no denying that Grogu's home planet would have been the best place to hide him.
Does Grogu's home planet actually exist?
Amidst so many assumptions related to little Grogu, there is an even more unlikely one: that the smuggler was not a Jedi and that, in fact, he fell short of every event in history. However, the theory weakens as, to become a protector, one must have known the Child well enough to see in her abilities and powers.
If Grogu's planet does not really exist, another credible explanation can be seen in the actions of Yoda, who did not seek out his people after the fall of the Republic.
