New recruitment and training programs for students and recent graduates are being launched by institutions with an interest in welcoming new talent.

O Euvaldo Lodi Institute (IEL) it's the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) launched a new program with the objective of reaching trainees to be part of their teams.
The program created is named Innovate Talents and aims to train and innovate activities in the areas corresponding to the Electrical engineering and Electronics.
The project is of great benefit and advantages to newcomers, as it provides training and accumulation of specific behavioral, managerial and technical skills, aimed at business innovation.

Scholarships have different values for each level of education. Look:
- Undergraduates: BRL 1,500.00
- Graduates: BRL 2,500.00
- Masters: BRL 3000
- Doctors: BRL 4,500
Requirements
To participate and compete for vacancies, you must meet some requirements, such as:
- Graduates must be in the last year of the course.
- Graduates and masters must have completed their training within 5 years.
- Doctors must have a master's degree for a maximum of 5 years.
In addition, newcomers must have knowledge skills in areas corresponding to electrical and electronics, specified as:
- Research aptitude;
- Aptitude for working in groups;
- Initiatives to solve problems;
- Commitment and ability to articulate deadlines;
- Commitment, capacity for good relationships;
- Experience and planning in coordinating activities;
- Knowledge in electrical, electronics and electrotechnics.
Other requirements are also desired, but not mandatory, such as advanced knowledge in English, knowing how to use Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Analytics programs.
Selective process
The selection process will be carried out in phases consisting of online activities, skills laboratory, skills interviews, innovation challenge and individual interview.
