Parts of the human body

O Human Body it is made up of different organs and systems, working together for the vital exercise of the body. On the whole, we usually divide it into three parts:

  1. Head;
  2. Stem;
  3. Members.

The head is the upper part of the human body, as if it were the top of a pyramid, while the limbs (upper and lower) are its base, interconnected through the trunk.

The organism contains several functions and systems, each responsible for a specific function, such as oxygen uptake, nutrient use and locomotion. Are yours main systems: cardiovascular, digestive, endocrine, skeletal, excretory, muscular, nervous, reproductive, respiratory and integumentary.

Therefore, although each human being is unique and has its particular characteristics, being the example of the voice and the bone shape, it is equal to basic body structure and its proper organization.

Parts of the human body - Head

Head

In short, the head is made up of two parts, the skull and the face.

Skull

Inside the skull is the brain, the most relevant body of the nervous system. It consists of an encephalic mass, with its covering and protection exerted by the cranial cavity, a complex of bones.

The organ is entrusted with the control of brain functions, as are the cases of conscious and unconscious acts, so as the processing and storage of information related to intelligence, memory, reasoning and imaginations.

The brain is combined by two hemispheres (right and left), the cerebellum and the brainstem. In addition, it contains a gray part called the cerebral cortex, in which neurons are located.

Parts of the human body - Trunk

ChestOn the torso, the link between the head and limbs, are the neck, nape, chest, abdomen, hips and buttocks.

A large part of Organs appropriate organs for the functioning of the human body are in this part.

In it, there is the responsibility for the movement and support of the head, through the performance of the neck and nape; the protection and movement of the spine, in front of the abdomen; the balance of the body and care for the reproductive system, in front of the hip; as well as the heart and lungs, responsible for pumping and oxygenating the blood.

Human Body Parts - Members

Body members

At the base of the human body, the members listed in superiors and inferior, are largely responsible for mobility and support, playing their role in movement, balance and support of the organism.
