Official Press offers over 300 books for free download


In addition to stimulating creativity and imagination, reading expands vocabulary and knowledge so that the reader sees the world in a different way. It was with this in mind that the Imprensa Oficial used its digital platform to make available more than 300 free literary copies.

Among the most famous titles downloaded in 2018 are: Inclusive Education: what does the teacher have to do with it? directed by Marta Gil with 15,538 downloads. Rede Manchete: it happened, it became history, by Elmo Francfort with 8,302 downloads and Odorico Paraguaçu: O Bem-Amado by Dias Gomes, by José Dias and 6,533 downloads.

According to the director-president of the Official State Press, Nourival Pantano Júnior, the idea aims to encourage the population to read and access knowledge.
