Want to do a good dissertation? Everyone wants to be well evaluated in their dissertations, after all, this type of text is required in most selection processes. Therefore, be aware of the characteristics of this textual modality. Many write, write and do not seek to know even the basics necessary to make a dissertation text.
So, be cautious in your dissertation on the following points:
The)Verbs: the verbs must be in the third person, that is, referring to: he, she, they, they.
B) Language: it is formal, therefore, it obeys grammatical norms. Thus, uses of colloquial expressions, that is, of orality and slang, are excluded, such as: ok, the bofe there, cover the sun with the sieve, no one deserves it, it smells bad, no sense, buddy, etc.
ç)Words: they must be used in their denotative, literal, or rather in the dictionary sense. Leave the figurative sense for poetry and other types of texts.
d)Expressions: it is common to read: I think, in my opinion, according to what I think about it, in essay writings. However, these placements are redundant, as it is a text that shows the author's point of view in relation to a fact. So, it is redundant to use such expressions, even because the third person of the speech must be kept.
and) Periods: they must be objective and clear. Preferably shorter, as very long periods lead to confusion. Enjoy and check if the score is correct: if the final point is present in each finished idea! It will be wrong if the prayers are joined by commas, causing the period to be long and confused.
f)Structure: note here the paragraphing, that is, the division by paragraphs and also if there is an introduction, development and a good conclusion. This last part is often forgotten!
Finally, note if your dissertation has a minimum of 15 written lines and a maximum of 35 (the size required in most selection processes, especially in ENEM).
If you follow these basic and sufficient dissertation criteria, then you will definitely get a great review!
