Do you want to wake up well and spend the day with the same spirit until the night? So here are some tips that could benefit your routine.
• When waking up, do not get out of bed suddenly. Give your body time to wake up;
• Before getting out of bed, stretch yourself well, stretching your body in all directions;
• Pay attention to your breathing, feel the air entering and leaving your lungs;
• Listen to a song of your choice and dance to it;
• Prioritize breakfast, rather than spending this time on other things. Include yogurt, fruit and cereal for breakfast;
• Greet people with a cordial “good morning”, even if you didn't wake up in a good mood;
• Take a warm bath, which is ideal;
• Practice physical activities, as they relax and improve sleep;
• Adopt a foot massage, such as walking barefoot on grass still damp with night dew.
