Los colors, the colors in spanish, they are a very important part of the vocabulary of that language. Have you ever heard expressions like “go blank”, “close the month in red” and “play a green”? Expressions like these employ the vocabulary of colors to express situations and feelings and are very common in several languages of the world, such as Portuguese and Spanish.
We cannot ignore, of course, the more common use of this vocabulary, which expands our ability to attribute features to beings, since coloring can be a very important trait for identify or classify something, like fruit, which we can differentiate by color, among other things.

(Me annoys that he is so selfish.)green joke: obscene joke, with sexual content.
