Indefinite pronouns can also appear in the form of a pronominal phrase:
Everyone, whoever, anyone, everyone who, everything else
Use of indefinite pronouns
- the indefinite some, prefixed to the noun, has an affirmative meaning; postponed, takes a negative sense.
Some case occurred. (affirmative)
Reason some will make me give up on you. (negative)
- the indefinite each it should not be used unaccompanied by a noun or numeral.
received ten reais each one.
- the indefinite right, before noun is indefinite pronoun, after noun is adjective.
I do not understand right people. (undefined pronoun)
chose the place right to the party. (adjective)
- the indefinite all and all (singular), when unaccompanied by an article, they mean any.
all man is mortal. (Any man is mortal)
When accompanied by an article, they give an idea of totality.
she played todo the noodles out.
Any (plural = any): People came from any origins.
Interrogative pronouns
It is a type of indefinite pronoun with which interrogative sentences (direct or indirect) are introduced.
