Anabolics. Consequences of using anabolic steroids

Nowadays, the cult of the perfect body has become fashionable. A trend that leads many people to take certain types of medication and drugs without the help of a professional. Various types of medications, pills to lose weight, to get rid of sagging, among others, are sold in several places. Some people, who do not accept their own bodies, and want to become “stronger” and more muscular, end up using anabolics without knowing the consequences that the use of this hormone could entail in the very near future.

You anabolics are synthetic hormones made from the male sex hormone, testosterone. Those who take them will have increased muscle size, physical strength and increased endurance. A few years ago these drugs were used only to treat some hormonal disorders or muscle wasting. Nowadays they are well known by athletes and bodybuilders. People who use this type of drug are looking for a healthy body, reduced body fat and better performance in sports. You anabolics they can be found in the form of tablets, capsules or intramuscular injections.


In sporting competitions, if the athlete who is competing is caught using this type of substance, he will be automatically disqualified and punished by the sporting body responsible for the competition.
Men and women who use this drug have the consequences of increased hair on the body and face, acne, loss of skin hair, voice deepening, irregularity in menstrual cycles, testicular dysfunctions, such as reduced production of sperm; behavioral and mood changes, sexual impotence, hypertension, heart attacks. In men we still see gynecomastia (breast development).
You anabolics they can be addictive, but are not considered a risk for the consumption of other drugs.
