Aspects of the African population. African population reality

Africa is, without a doubt, the continent that presents the worst social indicators in the world. The African continent is currently home to around 930 million inhabitants. Of this total, a large part is concentrated in Nigeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Africa, which are the most populous countries.

The regions with the highest population densities are those that have fertile soils, such as the river valley and the delta of the Nile and Niger rivers, in addition to the coastal coast, a place with a good incidence of rains.
The regions of Africa that have low population density include desert areas such as the Sahara desert (Islamic Africa), Namibian and Calaari desert and Congo forests (Africa Sub-Saharan region).

Currently, the continent has gone through an intense process of urbanization, even so, the Large urban centers, the largest cities are Cairo (Egypt), with around 7 million population; Alexandria (Egypt), with 4 million; Lagos (Nigeria), with 7 million; Casablanca (Morocco), with 3.7 million; Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), with 9 million; Algiers (Algeria), with 2.5 million; and Cape Town (South Africa), with 3.4 million.

Do not stop now... There's more after the advertising ;)

Real image of human degradation.

African countries have the worst mortality rates (13.5%), in addition to having a high birth rate (35.2%) and the largest vegetative growth in the world (2.17%), showing that the population's quality of life is decadent. Hunger and AIDS are problems that affect Africa almost entirely.
According to data from the United Nations, about 150 million Africans do not consume the minimum amount of daily calories, and another 23 million are at risk of dying of hunger.
All social problems identified in Africa (misery, hunger, unemployment, wars, among many others) can be aggravated by considering that if vegetative growth continues at the same pace (about 1.9% per year), in 2015 the African population will be 1 billion population. Fact that will trigger an increase in demand for food, increasing hunger.
